Meet the ITX Management Team
Mai Tran and Bruce Hottman founded ITX in 1996. As information technology experts, their vision for the company is to build a technically superior Managed IT Services company, combined with excellent customer service. As such, Mai and Bruce carefully select each employee, partnerships, and alliance to ensure they will collectively exceed the value clients have come to expect.
Mai A. Tran, President & CEO
Mai Tran is the majority owner and ITX co-founder. Since 1996, Mr. Tran has lead the company to achieve a 31% annual average growth rate. As President & CEO, Mr. Tran’s areas of responsibility include: overall customer service and technical quality, business development, contracts, human resources, and finance.
Mr. Tran has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Colorado State University. He has 20 years experience in the technical aspects of information technology, such as system administration, database management, data migration and conversion, security, and networks. Under Mai’s leadership, ITX has developed a passion for unprecedented customer service.

Bruce Hottman, Vice President/Government Operations
Bruce Hottman has worked with Mr. Tran for over 16 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in computer information systems from Colorado State University. He brings 20 years of IT experience to the firm with over 16 years of project management and technical leadership.
Mr. Hottman provides project management and software development expertise for both government and commercial customers. As executive vice president, Mr. Hottman is responsible for the performance of all ongoing contracts, and assists in marketing, human resources, business strategy, and financials.
When Mai and I started ITX, we executed our business plan as expected. The one thing I never counted on was developing such great relationships with our customers. I know now that our business is about relationships and we do everything we can to strengthen those relationships.
